THE SYSTEM is a fitness RPG, training, nutrition, recovery, habit tracking and self-improvement app operated by Dylan Corr in Queensland, Australia.

Information THE SYSTEM may collect

• Player name and account/profile details
• Login/authentication identifier, such as Firebase user ID and email if provided
• Guest or anonymous account identifier
• Training logs, workouts, exercises, sets, reps, weights, notes and progress
• Food, nutrition, water, macro and meal log entries
• Recovery actions, habits, streaks, XP, Gold, ranks, guild, event and Echo progress
• Body logs, weight entries and progress photo metadata if the user chooses to add them
• Purchase, subscription, entitlement and product access records
• Device, diagnostic, crash, performance and app usage information needed to operate and improve the app

How information is used

• To save and sync user progress
• To provide training, fuel, recovery, dungeon, rank, guild, event and Echo systems
• To personalise progression and System Pro AI features where available
• To authenticate users and protect accounts
• To process purchases, subscriptions, entitlements and support requests
• To diagnose bugs, crashes, sync issues and performance problems
• To comply with legal, tax, payment, security and platform obligations

Health and fitness information

THE SYSTEM is a fitness, training, recovery and self-improvement app. It may store health and fitness related entries that users choose to log. THE SYSTEM does not provide medical diagnosis, emergency medical support, disease treatment, clinical decision support or professional medical advice.

Third-party services

THE SYSTEM may use services such as Firebase, Google, Apple, Stripe, Vercel or similar providers for authentication, cloud save, hosting, payments, analytics, crash reporting, app functionality and security.

Payments and subscriptions

Purchases or subscriptions may be processed by platform providers or payment processors. THE SYSTEM may store entitlement records to confirm access to paid features, cosmetics, subscriptions or founder rewards.

AI features

Some paid or advanced features may use AI assistance to generate training, nutrition, recovery or planning suggestions based on user-provided app data. AI outputs are informational and should not be treated as medical advice.

Sharing of information

THE SYSTEM does not sell personal data. Information may be shared only as needed with service providers that operate the app, process payments, provide authentication, host data, improve reliability, provide support, comply with law or protect the app from abuse.

Data retention

THE SYSTEM may retain account, progress, purchase, support, security and compliance records while the account is active or as required for legal, payment, fraud prevention, security, tax, dispute or operational reasons.

Children
